How to Order a Prescription from a Canadian Pharmacy

Step 2: Find Your Prescribed Medication on this Website

Our website is easy to use. Your next step is to locate your prescribed medication in our selection of available prescription medications. Browse Prescription Medications button (open in fresh page)

Step 3: Upload Your Prescription

Every pharmacist needs to see your prescription in order to fill the order. Jason’s allows you to upload your prescription via email, mail, or photo (Upload Your Prescription Here) This will allow us to get started on your order. Please mail the actual prescription to us. Step 4: Jason’s Will Process Your Order

Jason’s strives to be your trusted partner in good health, and part of our mission is to ensure that your prescriptions are processed quickly and accurately. You will also receive a patient education sheet with every medication you receive.

Prescription orders placed from within Canada generally arrive within 5 business days

Prescription orders placed from within the United States generally arrive within 8-18 business days.

You can track your Jason’s orders on Express Shipping requests. You will get a tracking number in their email. ((Need to fix sentence.))

Shipping Costs

Jason’s sends orders to the United States via the United States Postal Service.

Canadian orders use Canada Post Services.

Orders to Canada and the USA are shipped free of charge using regular postal delivery. If you prefer tracking your shipment, for a $5.00 fee we can send your shipment tracked in the USA and Canada. If you are in a rush it’s $24.99 for Expedited shipping. ((there is verbiage on the CD website about this. Please copy. Prices will be the same. Also international orders do have a shipping fee of $24.99 so international and expedited shipping are both $24.99))

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you cancel your order as quickly as possible after it is placed. We are proud of our fast processing and shipping time, so canceling your order quickly before it is processed is important.

What if I want to return my order?

You have 90 days from the day your order ships to return your medications for a full refund. We accept returns if any mistake has been made on our part during dispensing, or if any damage or issues occurred during shipping which may have affected your order.
