What is Kerendia? 

Kerendia is finerenone 10mg and 20mg tablets. Kerendia is used in addition to standard therapy in adults with chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes. • The exact mechanism of action is not completely known, but is thought to be related to blocking the mineralocorticoid receptor resulting in less inflammation and damage to the kidneys, blood vessels and heart  

• It is typically taken once daily, with or without food 

• Common side effects may include high potassium, low sodium and low blood pressure 

• It is not known if Kerendia will harm an unborn baby. Use must be discussed with your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. 

• It is important to follow your doctor's instructions and attend regular check-ups while taking Kerendia to monitor your potassium, kidney function, blood pressure and overall health.

What is Mounjaro?

Recommended dosage for Mounjaro
